I go to my PM box and it won't open so i try to open in new window and it still won't oppen

Is it being blocked as a pop up? If you have IE, that may be the case (I guess that explains why you never responed about the tech lol) Just click on the info bar that opens up under the adress bar, and click on "allow pop ups".

I don't know what info bar you are talking about and i turned off my zone alarm it does the same thing

I am refferring to the address bar at the top of you screen, it displays the current address off the site IE is on. It sould say this:
