I am beginning to totally heart Illustrator. This kept me busy for a couple of hours, but I may add some more to it later. (I'd hope it's obvious, but it's a view of a girl sitting on a bench from behind.)

That is really quite nice. The strong diagonal lines give it a very energetic feel.

That is nice. Vector is so slow -_-

Here's a different version, with a black metal bench and gum on her shoe. Heheh.

Looks pretty good to me. I'd like to see some more detail in it, but that's probably just me - most vectors are left very simple.

<3 <3 <3 Illustrator.

The drawing looks great. What's a vector?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vector_graphics

Vector graphics display things with very simple shapes, instead of lots of tiny pixels. The result is a simpler, stylized image. True vector graphics are also very easy to resize, as there aren't any pixels to distort.

Anyway, awesome vector, CupOfCoffee. Simple, stylish, and kinda urban. ;o

Yep, as Eihwaz said, vectors are mathmatical equasions involving lines and points instead of shapes. They have no pixels, so they can be quickly scaled to any size without any loss in quality. Virtually all logos are designed using vectors because of this reason.

And hey, thanks guys. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif It feels good to finally do something practical and for myself with my ejamuhkashun. Ha-yuck.
