Invalid Torrent File

I feel like such a noob! Can someone tell me what the hell an "invalid torrent file" is.....please?

It is pretty much telling you that the file your trying to open is not a valid ".torrent" extension. If you are sure it is a torrent file, then simply rename the current extension of the file to ".torrent". If you have any more questions regarding this, please feel free to contact me =)
