I was about to sign up to try Blue Burst but it seems they
want to charge me in Euros (I live in Australia).
Are there different servers for the USA and Europe?
(I know the Japanese servers are completely separated)
Does this mean I will have to play on the European servers?
Should I have said I was in the US? It's cheaper to
pay in US dollars.

The servers are seperated into two types:

JP (language)
US/EU/everyone else (no seperate US and Euro servers)

So it would make sense to pay in US dollars if they allow you to and its cheaper.
