Which do you think is better for a Fomarl...

A diska of Braveman or Soul Banish? We're assuming, of course, that they both have the same amount of hit %.

These are nice melee weapons for Fo, even with the same hit%, they are different.

Braveman is a mid-range slicer
ATP +147-167, Max ATP +165-185, ATA +31

Banish is a close-range partisan
ATP +350-370, Max ATP +368-388, ATA +45

There are other factors like style, availability, animation, special, etc. Look & make your choice.

You can't compare items of different classification... It all depends on the situation of which one would come at a slightly better advantage than the other. Slicers are usually interupted if the enemy/enemies are focused on you, but in some situations like... I dunno, the dragon, de rol le, group of confused creatures, group of really slow creatures, etc.... Slicer would probably have the advantage.

They're both nice, Diska of Braveman might be ALOT more common >_> but still, berserk slicer is quite nice, and seeing it's so common, you can easily get one with hit.

Diska for multipart bosses and large groups far away. Banish for crowd control (get a */Battle unit!). Also, consider something for attacking single enemies multiple times (mechgun, Grass Assassin Arms, Double Saber, Twin Chakram, etc).

Thanks for the input guys. I actually already have a Diska of Brave man with 30 hit on it but I lack a Soul Banish. I do plan to hunt one though as soon as I get a double saber with good hit percent (and btw, I do have a God/battle equipped). One other question though.
Would Madam's Umbrella be a better choice as far as partisans go than Soul Banish? If it is then I might hunt that instead.

Okay thanks. I'm definitely going to hunt a Madam's Umbrella. I was just looking at the stats for it and I think that it should work out great for my fomarl. It has a pretty easy drop rate too so I should be good to go.

I'd rather have a Sould Banish. They're up close. And also, range isn't exactly my fave. (And Nobo is right; his FOmar does have over 2000 atp with shifta, but probably lots of other FOmars do anyways)
