Y'know, in the time it took you to make this post, asking for a response, waiting about eight minutes for a reply, and then writing another reply, you could've easily figured out the answer to your question.

Are you kidding?

Off the top of my head, I recall that the Union may have "won," but suffered heavy casualties, due to being downhill/stuck in a hole/bombed to hell while bunkered down/trench warfare.

Union. I should know more but my Western theater knowledge is lacking. It was the bloodiest battle up until then I think, 1862, of the war. Google or Wikipedia it.

I didnt post this because I was being lazy, i posted it because I had other stuff to do, like the REST OF THAT 8 PAGE NO DOUBLE SPACE FUCKING TERM PAPER!! It only incorporates the Battle of Shiloh, WHICH I never learned about in one small part of it! LUCKILY my teacher agreed to give me an extra day because my GRANDMOTHER DIED, but the whole report STILL took me about 8 hours total!

My point was that in the same time it took you to post this topic and ask about it, you could've easily found literally thousands of pages through Google, or looked it up on Wikipedia or something. >_>;
