Short rant

Alright, nothing fancy. I'm in school, just browsing the forums, minding my business. Sometimes I have to kill the occasional bug, but nothing big. The room is a mess that I am in, I'm guessing teenagers just don't know how to clean up, and thus! I hear the most hated thing I hate to hear. Next to loud and very rude voices, it's the crunching and munching of chips! Seriously! I swear I hate it! It makes me wanna jump out of my chair and shove those chips up the persons exhaust-port.

Sure, I like chips, but I hate the sound. <_<

...chips are crunchy, they make the same sound no matter who eats them.

Of course, there's eating chips, and then there's obscenely crunching down on them with your mouth wide open as if you're trying to be a pain in the ass, but that goes with any kind of food. I take it thats what you mean? Someone not closing their mouth to chew properly?

I really do hate the sound of other people chewing. It only bothers me every now and then, but when it does... ugh.

I only eat chips in class when I know its a noisy class other than that you won't catch me eating chips. I never eat with my mouth open but chips can be loud even if you have your mouth close.

The reaching into a bag that's clearly less than the size of your hand is what gets me.

All that damn noise from poking around.

How clumsy can you be to reach well into a tiny bag before pulling out something?

I close my mouth when i chew chips...but my mom never fails to tell me "stop smacking" when i chew gum.

The gum is more enjoyable that way!

I really don't know why it bugs people anyway...

I have a friend that normally calls me while eating, probably about half of the time. It's god-awful.

I wholeheartedly agree. The chomping of chips, smacking of gum, wrinkling of bags. It's all so easy to get on my nerves.
A friend of mine can't stand the clinking of coins, and the sound of velcro.

The absolute worst is when you go into a movie theater, especially to a movie you really want to see and concentrate on, only to have it foiled by surround sound popcorn chomping!
I hate that!
