First, thank you to the person who answered my last question.
Kireek's not appearing in Waterfall of Tears. I didn't tell Sue my name and he's not appearing. I checked a more in depth faq at gamefaqs and it says I was supposed to talk to some guy after she used the telepipe. I've played through so many useless government quests to get here and it looks like it's not working. Tell me, is there anyway to fix this without starting over on hard?
