PSOBB: Help on PSOBB...

I checked for the guide in the sticky thread, but the link is down. As soon as I hit Start Game, it gives me this:

(No903)

Patch server connection failed.

The server may be under maintenance.

Please check the current news update on the Official Site.

But the thing is, it installed a patch the first time I tried to connect. Then it froze... I'm just confused. And hoping I haven't wasted $8.99 or whatever on a game that won't even work...

EDIT: The server is online for me. Try again, and maybe uninstall and reinstall it?

Sigh... Now I'm getting a Gameguard error... How fun...

I've had that happen to me.

Your internet may be down. That's what usually happens to me.

Make sure your internet is working properly, then try it again.

It could also be your firewall blocking the connection that happen to me before till I allowed BB and Gameguard access.

I got it to work... I don't know how, but I did. I simply just logged in the next day. I think it was my firewall.
