GC: Difficulty/Multiplayer Question

If you unlock say... VH mode and your only level 40. Then go online. (the VH level preset is 60 correct?) Can you play on VH. Or is it just based on level. (Like any level 60 can play VH even if they havent unlocked it)

Level 40 is the requirement for Vhard online and in multiplayer.

And it is based on level.

For Hard, you need level 20.
For Vhard, you need level 40.
And for Ultimate, you need level 80.

really? well say your level 39 and you beat Hard mode and get into VH. Can you still play on VH in multi or do you have to reach the cap.

offline is different, you can get into ult at lvl 1(see tycho) so level doesnt matter. online however you can beat vhard 20 bajillion times and still if you're not 80/90(BB) then you cant play ult, kind of annoying since vhard can get quite boring when you kill everything with like one combo.

It doesn't matter how far difficulty-wise you are offline, you have to be level 40 to play Vhard online and in multiplayer.
