Government Quest 3-2 on Hard mode

At the end, a windy barrier stops me from getting to the teleporter. Can anyone please tell me how to get past this? My friend and I have tried getting through it a few times and it's very frustrating because of the time limit. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

If its the one I'm thinking of, you have to walk up the ramp. Running will get you pushed back

Really? We pushed against it... So you're saying that we have to approach it walking before we get pushed back? That's kind of bizarre.

yes, just do auto-walk and you will pass it fine or you could always look for the switch to turn that wind off.
