My noobish question of the day, I found a photon crystal, what can I do with this?

I havn't gotten one until now, which is why i havnt looked up anything about it and i can't seem to find the information in the pd guides or shop guides.

It's basically an enhanced Photon Drop.

I don't know HOW enhanced it is, but apparently, if two of them and a PD can get you a lv 200 mag with 150 pow, I guess they have to be worth a lot http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

They are going to be use for an upcoming quest called A dangerous dealing with black paper.
