Gawd 0.0 I went to 0.4 for a stupid courier mission and was almost podded! Oh well, I lived thanks mainly to me being oriented to my docking station upon entering low sec.

Speaking of EVE online, I heard about this huge conspiracy being thrown around. Apparently, there's a group of people organizing a attack on each of the player's ships all in the game.....O_O

I have a handful of ships. Since being in 0.0 I've been through four or five Dominix, I've been using a megathron for npc rat hunting to make quick cash. Lost an Ishkur in an attempt to hold down a Tempest battleship for some corpmates to arrive.

I have a Covetor in safe-sec if I ever feel crazy and want to mine again, as well as a Succubus faction frigate that never really got any use. For the most part I keep what I use down to necessity.

Sometimes my corp will head out in kestrel suicide gank squads.

I bought the game when Abdur first got it in his sig. Then I realized it requires a monthly fee. To this day, Eve online remains unopened, and sits on my shelf. Freebie to whoever wants it. Trial period unused, too.

On the other hand. In addition to the monthly fee, I wasn't too sure if my laptop could run the specs, so .. Ya.
I'm considering a computer upgrade when Spore comes out though. >_>;

Not to effect me most likely for a while, as I rarely drift below 0.6. If this is true, and they come to my home system (Kosigo 1.0) they will meet a swift end by Concord.

I have heard that a few people have destroyed Concord vessels and escaped with their ship intact, but the force needed to mass pod ppl in high sec is unimaginable.

I did have this one moron lock on to me my first day, I was in Sobesiki (0.8 ). He fired 1 missile which wiped out all my shield and most of my armor on my Ibis. He was toast 3 seconds later...

Oh, and for the conspiracy to be true, a crapload of people would have to be online at a time for that to happen. I'm sure that the larger alliances would have no problem protecting their space from some newbs trying to pull off major attacks.

I didn't think I would like it at first, as you don't level in the standard way. Turns out that this game is awesome. A friend a work told me about it when I said I was into sci-fi stuff.

Yeah, I'm still stuck in my Kestrel, but it is well fitted (Ballistic Control System, lvl 3 Missile Launcher Operation and Rapid Launch- all of which boost missile rate of fire http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif) Also my TE-2100 Launchers help out. To get this set up, I had to take Engineering to lvl 4 to boost the Kestrel's weak grid.

I plan on getting a Caracal, and then a Raven. As if it wasn't obvious, I prefer missiles http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
