Color layout

I changed the color in my "edit theme" part ofmy account and the color changed after the page reloaded on the "You account screen", but it did not change on any other page. It shows it as a Blue-Black theme, but my old seagreen theme is coming up instead when i load any pages.
This happen to anyone else?
