When I first read the data for this quest I was like, this sounds vaguely familiar. Then as it progressed and more little tidbits popped up, I was like. Oh God no!

Then I remembered my brother doing this quest.

Screw you, De Rol Le! ò.ó

This time around it seems like it'll be harder (if not just more annoying), because you have to babysit Mome, too. Arrggh!! I >.<

Is De Rol Le significantly harder than the last time?
I just barely beat it.

De Rol Le should be easier for you since you've been leveling and finding new weapons in mines. As for the quest, which version of the game are you playing? On Version 2, Mome tries to fight beside you and often ends up dying - causing you to fail the quest. For the Gamecube, XBox, and Blue Bue versions, Mome temporarily removes himself from combat. That makes things much easier.

I honestly don't know. ^.^ I'm playing it on my PC, and it says Blue Burst, but I remember Mome dying when my brother did the mission.

Luckily, my resta is pretty powerful, but I'd rather he wasn't there at all. -.-;

I guess having him there is their joke way of compensating for the lack of difficulty.

If you are playing the Blue Burst version, it shouldn't be a problem. Mome will play 'dead' while you fight the boss.

Tip for any quest involving non player characters "NPCs" - always try to keep yourself between the NPC and the enemies. that way the NPCs should not die.

It's times like these I wish they'd enable reverser. Heck, all the time! At least give me a time limit to cast it before ending the mission. Sheesh.

try doing in on ULT I remember doing it on BB but the thing is that people kept mailing me so that added to the distration while trying to keep Mome alive. >.>

Beat caves regularly, you then should have more quests to do.

If I recall correctly, one has to beat Caves before they can play the quest the OP is talking about. He/she will need to clear the Mines Government quests in order to open new solo quests.

On Normal difficulty, level 26 should be overkill for Vol Opt. Compared to Del Rol Le, Vol Opt is a wimp.

Aren't you under-estimating yourself a tad there? That is definitly enough, especially in normal mode where he doesn't freeze you or anything (get your cure/freeze guys and gals!). Kill the screens with foie (ofcourse the big central one) and then throw foie on the red turrette. Second form is easier, you just need to cast zonde and that'll kill him in no time http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif Ofcourse, you can also try with gizonde but that'll only use your TP quite a lot.

I guess I was. Wtf, man! Vol Opt was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay easier than De Rol Le. I was like "That's it?" Man, I was really, really worried over nothing. Still fun, though. XD
