I was wondering, with adding percents to certain rare items...

The guide on this site says it allows for a "total of 100%"...

Does this mean that I can have all of the individual percents equalling 100 when added together, or that each individual percent area maxes out at 100%?

Welcome to PSOW.

Each individual area maxes at 100%.

Also note that you can only have percents in three areas, each with up to 100%.

Hit percents cannot be increased, even if the weapon had some originally.

It should also be noted, that as far as I know, the Sealed J-Sword/Tsumikiri J-Sword (maybe Lame D'Argent/Excalibur too) can only have %'s in 2 areas legitimately, the third area is replaced by the invisible kill counter used for unsealing.

Lame can only have 2.

That is why most people have 100 0 0 100.

Not, if you have hit. You can only have another 1 % for SJS/TSJS, excal and lame.

100 0 0 0 15 for example.

Everything else can have a MAX of 3%
25 65 0 20
25 35 0 0 25 for example.

Highest that can be found is 90% In all attribute areas, including Hit%

Wait, so when you unseal SJS/Lame, they still have the third value unavailable to percent up?

I'd think, without the need of a kill counter, you'd be able to raise it up a notch
