I totally LOVED my CueCat, I still have it laying around somewhere http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

BTW I should mention that it was easy to hack to make it do other things besides sending personal info to companies lol.

Zip Drives and discs were a saving (oh god that's clever) grace in college. Still got mine hanging around and I know quite a few people who still use them.

Certainly no objections here. I bet they rate pretty low on the "worse customer service" list too.

I think Musicmatch Jukebox shouldave taken the place of Internet Explorer 6 http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Hm.. I have used some 5 of those on the list. They weren't the worst back then. In fact, some were quite good.

Interesting read. Never had any trouble with ZIP disks myself, they were a lifesaver back in the day.

I agree with both of you. When I had AOL(back when it was the "thing" to get) I HATED it. I only liked it for AIM but after finding out you can download it w/o owning AOL I quickly left. I also hated there customer service too. They had nasty attitudes.

Good List.

1 question - where's gizmondo?

Maybe this list is too retro for a product that came out last year.
