What do you do with an arm of Booma or something. I havent quite figured out the reason for it yet. Or what to do with it yet...

beat all the offline quests. then replay the unseled door and take the item to the fonewm standing in pioneer 2 (Dr. Montague). He will turn it into a weapon for you.
