It's from this very old cartoon called Jem and the Holograms or something, isn't it?

It was the theme song from a children's cartoon show called "JEM" back in the 80s. It was geared for girls. I think it had a Barbie thing with it too. Can't remember I've been busy trying to forget the 80s.
