I'm trying to get the Soul Eater and when I finished "From the Dephts" I went back to Pioneer 2 and warped to ruins 2 I looked all over the place but couldn't find that robot! He owes me! http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_bash.gif

Read the guide in detail again.

If he's not there, that means you obviously missed soemthing.

And you're sure you're looking at the right room?

Well I noticed there are 2 guides to getting the soul eater. One of them involves taking out "Black Hound" and the other involves Kireek. I've never bothered to actually get the weapon myself, so I don't know which one is the right one, or if they're BOTH right.

Its been a while since i got the soul eater but from wot i can remember if you did things correctly he should be in the next room up from where the quest ends.

I see... The problem here is that you went back up to Pioneer 2. To get the Soul Eater you can't return to Pioneer 2 at all, but instead work your way back through Ruins 3 and take the teleporter back to Ruins 2.

Kireek (Black Hound) should be there when you do this.

Ahh...ok so Black Hound and Kireek are one in the same...thanks for clearing that up.
