Episode 3 Section ID Question

Ok so on Episode 3 does section ID determine what kind of cards you find, or types of monser or item cards. For example would a certain ID find more sword weapons than others or find more item cards or action cards?

Anyways, IIRC, section ID pertains to what pack gets you rare cards. Like say for example, while the Skyly ID finds rare items in the red pack, Oran might find them in a different pack (blue, green, or black)

At least I THINK that's how it works...If someone knows and wishes to correct me, feel free.

From what I have heard, the ID does not affect the cards you get. However, I honestly do not know myself.

What I do know:
1) It changes the ID symbol on your character.
2) It changes the ID shown in the ending credits.

Your Section ID doesn't have any impact on the cards you receive. It only affects the following:
-Color of your Photon Chair online
-What COM teammates you are paired with
-The Section ID that you see in the game's first ending.

Really? It detemines your partners? Maybe that explains why I'm missing a few of the com decks...
