How do you use the kit of hamburger? I've had it for a while and i cant figure it out. . . its driving me crazy because its a funny mag that i want to use XP

According to the Mag Guide on this very site (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=659) you can only use the Kit of Hamburger on a Level 50 or higher Kaidabha.

The guide (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=659) says you need to use it on a Kaitabha that's level 50 or over.
