Justice sucks. Twin Psychogun was a let down (special doesn't fire 3 times like the regular shots).

Justices don't deserve to be called special weapons, and the psychogun's special sucks pretty bad.

Vise > them any day.

Charge/Zerk/Spirit/Gush Vulcans ;o

Of those 2, H&S- I've never liked the bulkiness/special attack of the Psychoguns.

As everyone else has said, there are many other choices that would be better than these 2, but I'd take a Justice if it had a decent amount of hit.
