Router Issues: Trusted individuals wanted

Im in a little bit of a pickle. I got my router up and working today. Joy. One problem though... Like... Well... I know how to access the config page, yes. But when I do, it appears, but not the same as it did earlier. I told this to the tech from Cisco that I was on the phone with and he had no idea what I was talking about. He hung up the phone while I was trying to explain and take the screen cap to show him.

Now. If you want to see what it looks like, I'll show you, but I'm not posting it up in the topic for my own reasons. :3

When you say the config page appears, but not like it did earlier, can you give some specific examples? Is the info on the page different. Is it missing features that were once there? Is the layout different?

If you can edit out the important information it will help to solve your problem.

Another problem I could think of is that you have a script blocker installed on your browser and its not letting it run any scripts on the config page.
