Max %'s finding

Just a little question. I've been looking around all the weaps i can find and i was wondering what the max % is on a weap you can find. Not adding the percents, just finding it with the percent. So far the highest i've found was 60%, is it possible to find higher??

It's possible to find up to 90% on a weapon (can tek to 100%). It's also possible to add %s to a weapon up to 100% in up to 3 areas (except hit).

No, by completing the sub-quests for Paganini in East and West Tower, he will then give you the additional options to:
- Add %'s to weapons (20PD's for 5% or 1 Photon Sphere for 30%)
- Add special attacks to S-Rank weapons

Although, there are a lot of duped Photon Spheres around, so a lot of people's weapons raised in %'s are illegitimate.

i thought one photon sphere was about 10 photon drops... it gives you alot more percentage.

No. 1 Photon sphere=100 Photon drops

96 is the lowest I have gotten for a Photon Sphere. Cost me a few hundred PD's for my Gi-Gue Bazooka. >_>

An easier way to get 5 Photon Spheres is to do the "Maximum Attack Ver2" quests. There is an EP1 quest, and an EP2 quest. After collecting a total of 10,000 kills in each, and playing it with someone of every class and ID who also got 10,000 kills, you get 5 Photon Spheres and a Black Ring.

However, it still takes a while to do... I started doing it over Christmas vacation, and I just got my first 5 Spheres this past week. I have 4 Max Attack1 masters, and 3 Max Attack2 masters... i downloaded max attack 1 & 2, gallons shop, and a bunch of stuff off a private server. can't tell you about that though, do some searching.

also, how much are photon crystals worth? got 3 today off of 3 del rappies

Even with those side-quests, there is no legitimate way to add to Hit%. You can only use Photon Spheres/Drops on Native/A.Beast/Machine and Dark.

Wait a minute,can't those of us with PSO Episode 1 and 2 Plus still use it offline,since it is an offline quest for those of us who have it,or is it the online "version" of that quest?

You still need Gallon's Shop which is not available offline even for PSO+. There are enough people running private PSO servers (myself included, but mainly just for my nephew and a few of his friends) that you can probably find someone to log onto and download Gallon's Shop onto your memory card.

If anyone's interested, here are the highest weps I've found:
1. 90% Laser (no element)
2. 85% untekked Crush Bullet, tekked to 95%
3. 80% Gungnir (no element)

highest ive found was a 85 % hit tekked neis claw. i find lots of stuff with high hits and other stuff but nothing worthwhile

Highest ive found is a Diska with 75 % hit (tekked to 85%)
Also found a diska with 40,0,30,80
Highest special weapon ive found is 85/0/75/0/50 when tekked (lovely Spread needle, made me create a RA to use it though http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif)
