GC: Searching the Invisble guard

Yeah, Ive read Tycho's "Where to find Item" guide or w/e its called, and on it the items which drop from it is stated that rares don't drop from d-gunners, so I wanna ask Why? Why does it say that, is it saying that its difficult to get their drops? And also to those who've found the invisible guard about how long did it take?

Death Gunners are a different enemy than Dark Gunners and were never given a rare drop.

Death Gunners (the red one's) don't drop rares. The Dark Gunners are the only one's you want to take out. Invisible Guards are over 1/7K from the Dark Gunners. Many people hunting for the Inv. Guard never get one. Doesn't help that there are no quests with a large number of enemies that you can get to easily. Seek my master has a bunch right at the end, but it takes too long to get to them. At least in Blue Burst, Gov Q 4-2 has a couple right at the beginning. Takes longer to start the quest and quit the quest than it does to actually get to and kill them though. It's a tedious hunt, regardless of platform. Hope it drops for ya if you decide to go after one... good luck!
