Telepipe through doors trick?

Okay i've heard from people this isin't exactly cheating, just bending the rules http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_evil.gif anyway what is telepiping through doors? I haven't seen any posts on how this exactly works.
