I would have to say check the EP4 Drop charts at the bottome of the regular drop charts, ok?

In 2 quests that are currently released only in Japan. Rumors say that they will come soon for US but it's only a rumor.

Guren used to be available as a drop from VH/Ult Dorphon Eclair (1/21) for a few ID's on the old Ep4 drop charts.

Because of that, there are a few legitimate ones around. However, it was removed from the new charts (either that or it hasn't been found yet).

Shouren has not been obtainable yet. Apparently both katanas will be available as prizes from Dangerous Deal with Black Paper, but whether US BB gets this has yet to be confirmed.
