Okay, say you are using the AIM part. First, you right click the yellow dot (AIM's dot), and you go to Send Message. Then you type out the name of the person, hit OK, then you can add them to your buddy list, or just start conversation...

It should work the same way with MSN and Yahoo!

And connecting to the internet? D: Like logging on? Make sure you have your information right...go under Prefs and check around there.

It is quite simple once you have all your connection set up with the right passwords and login ID? Always helpful to try to get the console window, which will tell you what is wrong and why isn't things working.

Identities and Connections is where you set up your individual client information. Lists from each chat client should be loaded from the servers they're saved onto.
