What are these places and how do I get to them. I beat Episode 1 and 2 once each. Any help here?

These are Episode 4 areas that can only be played on Blue Burst. Are you playing Blue Burst (PC version of Episode 1&2)?

No. I didn't know that! ... I've been wanting to get to those places for so long! oh well.
