Could Someone Explain to me How does this Works.

1/350 from U EP1 Pan Arms
Viridia, Redria
Towards the Future
4 per run
88 runs on average

By Tycho.

I understanf the:

1/350 form Ulitmate Episode 1 Pan Arms
Viridia, Redira.

The ones I don't Understand:

Towards the Future
4 per Run
88 Runs On Average.

Toward the Future means that is the quest you are doing.
4 per run means means that thier are 4 monsters per run.
88 runs on average means taht you should get it in 88 runs of Toward the Future or TTF.
Hope that helps,

Towards the Future
4 per Run
88 Runs On Average.

Towards the Future=Quest

4 per run= 4 Pan Arms per run.

88 runs on average= Multiply 88x4=352, and 352 is just about 350, hence, 1/350.

Basically, it says that in 88 "trips" of going, and taking out 4 Pan Arms, you're likely to get your item.

Make sure you take out the Pan Arms before it slits though, cuz then if it splits up you have to wait for it to come back together to kill it or else you won't get the drop.

What Happens if it Says:

1/28,807 from Tollaw
Viridia, Bluefull, Yellowboze
Lost Heat Sword
58 per run
497 runs on average

Does it mean I have to Kill 58 Tollaw & I can get it in 497 Runs in Forest?

BTW... Whats an NPC?

From start to end:
1 Tollaw in 28,807 will drop the item (statistically you have to kill 28 807 Tollaws for your wanted item to drop)
Next is the IDīs that can find the item from Tollaws.
Then itīs the name of the quest.
58 per run indicates that there are 58 Tollaws to kill in that quest.
Finally, going by the statistics, you have to do that quest 497 times over and killing all 58 Tollaws everytime, to get your item once.

``BTW... Whats an NPC?``

No Player Character, a teammate (or whatever) that joins you or fight against you that is NOT controlled by another human player.

Hope this shed some light on things.

Well, it is not certain that when you have killed 28 807 Tollaws you will have your wanted item, remember all things that are random is about Luck!
You can kill 2 millions of them Tollaws and still not have your item!
Or when you kill Tollaw nr 40 it just might drop!
Everything is chance, but if you kill 28 807 Tollaws without finding it, you have the right to consider yourself unlucky:P

Random item from a Jack-O'-Lantern. Open offline to manual reset until you get the right item.

Whats This suppose to mean.

How many Times do I need to Pipe, to see a rare Creature? Do I have to Pipe Inside the Room or Outside?

Zuenza

Well some enemies appear before you enter the room,so it depends on which enemy it is.And the chance of seeing a rare monster is random.you could pipe once to see it,or never see it no matter how much you pipe, but that is very unlikely.

``Random item from a Jack-O'-Lantern. Open offline to manual reset until you get the right item.

Im sure that means that a Jack-O'-Lantern is a thing that, when you click to open it, will give you a random thing.
But lets say you are not happy with what it gave you, and you want something else.
If you open it offline, you can always just shut off the power WITHOUT saving, and when you start playing again, your Lantern is still unopened, and then you can open it again.
Keep doing this until you get what you want!

Pipe: the chance of seeing a rare creature is totally random, and to pipe, do the following things:
Find the NORMAL version( example: Ob Lily in ultimate caves ) of the RARE creature ( example: Mil Lily in ultimate caves ) you wish to find, preferably many of them in the same room.
Then start to pipe back to pioneer 2, down to caves, then back up again, and everytime you do this, the lilies in the room will ``reset`` their data, thus giving them a chance of becoming a rare Mil Lily.
There is a room in some quest that has 9 lilies in it at the same time, and everytime you pipe up to town and back down again, any one of those 9 lilies can become a Mil Lily.
You may find a Mil Lily the first time you try, or maybe after 2 hours of piping!
Totally random!

Did it work for U people?

Marter
Jun 30, 2006, 10:56 PM
It works. I tried to pipe for a Heaven Punisher with a bluefull. I found some 20 rare hidelttorrs before I gave up... http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Piping is RANDOM! It might take a few seconds. (I went in a H Fake in Yellow a got a Al Rappy in my first pipe. I pipped for 3 hours before a hidelttorrs.)

So it works.

I know the pipe trick but does anyone know if it works in blue burst

No, it doesn't work in Blue Burst because everything is saved server-side. There technically isn't an "offline mode" only single player mode.
