Pretty good, there are some great programs in that. Firefox, Gaim, Nvu, Thunderbird, the GIMP, Audacity, and Openoffice.org in one download are great.

I hope they upgrade the Thunderbird version soon (they list rc1 as being on the CD, but 1.5.0.4 has been out).
