My mag's PB isn't building how can I fix this?

Does it have one? Do you have it equipped? Are you only using 2x specials (Charge, Spirit, Berserk)?

You dont, Mags PB raises by itself depending on if you get hit, or what weapons you're using.

Go and get attacked, then see if it raises.

O_O That happend to me, but once i went to a higher difficulty it started to raise. may just have become to strong like a Lv200 charicter and mag:?
