Rare mag questions

Once you get a rare mag, can it change like normal mags? My friend, my brother and I all have been trying to make a rare mag for ourselves (Pushan, Rati, and Rukmin)but we all were wondering if they can change past 100? Can they?

No, once it's rare it stays as that mag regardless of Id or class. Thats what's "rare" about them.

ratis are pretty sweet. i forgot how i made mine. it was somthing like attack+mind=defense+evasion or some other combonation. i think i just made all my stats equal...
