Not sure if rant but....

Have you ever been at an arcade and you come across one of those people who just sit there with their little bag of coins, winning tickets all day long for no apparent reason (namingly they are like 30 years old)?

Well I did. This lady isn't the most beautiful of women, but she could look better IF SHE GOT ANY SUN ONCE AND A WHILE!

Why do I care? Cause when an air hockey game between my brother and myself got a LITTLE out of control (namingly the puck flew off the plexi glass protected table http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif ) it hit this lady (approxametly 30 feet away).

Now, as I went retrieve it, the lady got up from her seat, looking EXTREMEMLY pissed and said "That thing hit me! You've gotta be more careful." While doing this, she was pointing to the point of impact (which had no visible mark mind you.) Of course, I appologized and went back to the game.

All I must say is this: Lady, if I meant to hit you, IT WOULD'VE BEEN IN THE HEAD, NOT YOUR LEG!

Overall, it was an awsome dinner/videogame experience http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

(I might add that the puck flew off the table a total of 4 times and no one else was even slightly angry)

If she was angry, I think that she would have said something other than "You've gotta be more careful."

It is kinda rude to keep on hitting the puck off the table, especially if someone got hit. Then again, it can't really be helped sometimes.

Intent wasn't what she was upset about, it was your careless play that she was upset about. The table was surrounded by plexi glass and flew 30 feet away from you.

After reading this I can see how you are trying to turn this situation into a humorous one by making this person look stupid for getting upset about your disregard for others. All this looks like is you are ranting that you hit someone with something, they got upset, and that bugged you.

Lol, reminds me of when I nearly killed some little kids for ruining a DDR game by hitting me with a puck. But yeah, I've seen grandparents playing at the arcade to win stuff for their grandkids. One couple had tickets in the millions O.o
