So far i've only seen 2 rare monsters with 100 hours put into my level 61 hunter. Both of them were al rappies, once on normal mode and the other on vhard. Didn't get anything good from either of em.
What i was wondering was does finding rare monsters have anything to do with section id or luck skill? If anyone could post anything about their encounters with rare monsters it would be very helpful.
