I've seen some 100% tekks. A 9-star Flowen's and Brionac, both to Dark.

A black king bar +50 has 100 for machine and dark my friend kicks but with It haveing a 5/195/0/0 Sega Saturn I have won 2 from a trade it was for a god battle a cure freeze and 16 grinders +6 photon drops

luck is ONLY for critical hits, nothing else. So yeah, it requires "real life" luck (if it even exists >.>) to find them.

my highest % on a weapon found is an 80% A.Beast L&K, highest rare with his is a 45% elysion <.<

Is that even possible??? Someone said they had a mag that was (5/195/0/0) and a lot of people said it wasn't legit.

it is impossible to raise a mag legit and have the defence stay at level 5... with the first few levels the defence always raises.

Mags with 5 DEF are entirely possible. For a Sega Saturn mag, that is extremely possible. The Mark3 mag is made with a cell (Kit of Mark3) and can be raised to have 5 DEF and up to 195 of any other stat. The Sega Saturn mag is a futher evolution of Mark3 (by using a Kit of Sega Saturn on a Mark3 mag).

The 195 POW mag you are thinking of was probably a hacked Sato.

The highest tekk I have found is a 95/15/0/15 Guilty Light, though using Spheres and Photon Drops I have a 5/100/0/100 BKB, 0/40/0/90/50 Rainbow Baton, and 90/90/0/90 Gi Gue Bazooka. You just need real good "IRL luck" to find a percent like that. You can find percents as high as 90, the remaining 10 must come from a good tekking.

Hit% increases ATA by whatever number the hit% is. 30 hit% means 30 more ATA on top of the weapons ATA.

The other %s increase damage against those types of enemies.
