Mag cell confusion

I have heard that mag cells can not be used on special mags such as Deva, Savitri, Pushan, Rukmin, Nidra, or Sato. Your mag can evolve to one of these at level 100 correct? BUT my mag cell requires my mag to be over level 100 if i want devil wings! I'm so confused.

Dude, you don't ALWAYS get rare mags like Deva, Rati, Sato and such. You have to have equalized stats for that. If you don't, you'll get an entirely different MAG, which you can use the cell on.

basically, you just have to be careful that you dont hit evened stats (depending on your character, you ID, and the mag's stats you're raising) to trigger one of the 4th gen evolutions. look into all the possible evolutions for your class and ID-group and avoid those. good luck.
