Mag cells

I've been trying like a madman to find one of these things. I've done forest on v-hard about 10 times and all i got out of it was like 8 dragon slayers.

If anyone reading this has actually found a mag cell or has any info about how to find these little bastards, what drops em, what section id u need, anything would help.

I got a Mag Cell from a friend. It turned my mag into a bunny. His name is Sonichi I think. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_biggrin.gif
