heart of angel?

I found a heart of angel. i can't figure out what it does. can anyone help me?
how do you use it?

I'm not sure what the requirements are,but you use the item on a mag to transfrom it to an Angel's Wing.

i know it turns into the angel wings but does it do anything like the devils wing. you can put a heart of devil on it and turn it into a davils tail. can you do that with the angels wings. and what else do you need besides the heart of angel to make it into a angels wings

All you need is a lvl 100+ mag and the Heart of Angel to get Angel's wING.

You also need a non-android to use the cell. As it will not work for an android.
