percents?

how do you raise percents of weapons. is there something you can do or is it just luck if you find one with good percents

Well I don'e play online, but I hear that you can upgrade them with some online quest. Perhaps and on-liner can provide a bit more info.

you use photon drops and pheres to uppgrade percnets but you can only have percents in 3 areas

Buy a photon sphere at gallons shop. These cost 99 PDs. Use these guides to unlock further additions to gallons.
