Ok as you know pso will be out soon. and i need help getting it online.

first thing is my house has a network of 4 computers with a HUB that has 6 inputs. Another thing is i have my GameCube in my room w/ my computer and i only have one network line that runs to my room. so my question is if i bought a 2nd network hub and connected my computer + gamecube to it would it still run and work?

it would make my network look like this

Computer Server>Network Hub #1>
>Sisters Computer
>Network Hub #2>Gamecube+My Computer

will that all stillc onnect to the main internet if i'm splitting the connection through a 2nd HUB?

thanks guys.

Step 1: Buy a second Ethernet card.
Step 2: Put it in your computer.
Step 3: Plug in your GameCube to it through BBA.
Step 4: Enable Internet Connection Sharing.

I don't know about the GameCube, but this works with Xbox Live perfectly on WinXP, I just had to open the ports it uses on my firewall.

If it requires a specific type of ethernet cable, be sure you get the correct one, it should be listed in the BBA's manual (straitgh through or crossover/RJ-45).

A second hub would work, since that's not beyond the limit of number of uplinked hubs. I'm not sure if PSO will be able to connect to the computer server or not, though =>_>=;;
