GC: piping problem

I'm trying to get my HUmar, Katric Lv. 31, a diska of liberator, so I tried to what my friend said, go do a quest with alot of rappies, once all of them in a room are beat, pipe back to Pio.2, then back, the room will genereate more rappies, and hopefully, an al rappy with my diska.
I've tried this at least 10 times now, and not once has the room refilled.
I've heard this glith/whatever it is, reffered to many times on here, so now I'm finally going to ask.
What the hell is screwing me up so much that the room will not refill.

You can't kill all the rappies first. You've got to go to the room, wait for the rappies to spawn, and THEN do the piping. You're looking only for the Blue Al Rappy, so only attack when it appears.
