strange glitch.... [Archive]

I don't know if this should be in the cheaters section even though it's not really cheating.

I equiped the frying pan which boosts your base MST. suddenly the Elysion became equipable because I had the right MST, but when I equiped it the text was grayed out because I didn't have the right MST to equip it in the first place, but it was STILL equiped. Will this mess up rare drops or anything?

Equip one weapon to boost your MST, high enough to equip another. Switch to the other & you can now use it.

This is not a cheat, but rather an exploit to equip certain MST-required weapons.

Note that the exploit has been fixed in PsoBB, and perhaps Pso+.

No, that won't affect drop rates. Check cheater's stickies for details.

No, it won't disable rare drops.

I wish your CURRENT MST would determine your TP, that way the MST boosts from weapons would be current MST-based, not base MST-based. That way stuff like this wouldn't happen http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif
