Rare twin swords [Archive]

where should i look for them? im a viridia, lvl 60 hunter that plays offline. I read the charts and found 1/16 odds to get a yamato off the very hard dragon, but he nevers drops anythiong but monomates and star atomizers. WHere should i hunt for them? and am i doing something wrong against the dragon?

Twin Swords, like the Yamato and Asuka, are good weapons. They have decent ATP boosts and allow you to do up to 5 hits per comobo.

In regards to your Yamato hunting, you are just unlucky. Everytime you kill the Dragon, you have a 1/16 chance of getting a Yamato. Keep at it and the Yamato will eventually drop.

When I had my level sixty chracter, HUmar Redria I killed very hard dragon and got the Yamato, not at first, I kept going back and killing him for the hell of it to see if I could beat very hard Forest in how much time, so the final time, I killed him and saw a red box on the ground, sun of a friggin' gun, I picked it up, equiped it and got Al la Yamato with cheese, though I wish I had a stronger weapon for ultimate forest TRAIN MY SON, YOU WILL BE FROZEN AND KILLED BY THE DRAGON

the dragon will drop it, its not gonna be in a box, and yeah, musashis are super awesome weapons.

When the Dragon falls over to die, the item drop (if there is one) will be near its legs.

I got it my first time fighting the dragon with my RAmar Viridia. Guess what? Unfortunately I had no care in the world for it and my 4 other yamato's. You know it's like you get what you don't want and can't get what you do want.

i know what u mean, every time i pick up a sword rare i get hyped up, but i have gotten 3 db sabers, 4 or 5 crush bullets, 2 victors axes, and 2 varistas. err....anyways, my luckiest find was an M&A60 Vise...although i am a hunter, it is really good. I got it off of the first evil shark i killed on very hard. One more question, does the odds of rares dropping change on multiplayer?

I normally play on multiplayer with my bro, he is a lvl 60 whitill FOmar

It depends who 1st player. << If your in the first controller socket it'll drop Viridia rares. If your brother is in the 1st socket it'll drop Whitill rares.>>

the yamatos are easier to get than the asuka they are also good weapons

omg...yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i decided not to go for the yamato, but instead hunted the musashi, and after a brionac, 2 db sabers, and 2 crush bullets i got one....i then used my grinders i had saved (keeping 9 for my bros ice staff dagon his buddy is giving him) and it is now +35...i finally hit over 300! ty guys so much for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then i decided to check out the caves....the first room a grass assasin appeared and dropped his arms! now i have 2 sets of rare twin swords!

when i ran for the musashi, i didnt kill with rare weapons, and i deposited everything but a weapon and a mag the third time after i started doing this, i got it....maybe it was just lucky, maybe not. And i never touched boxes or items....just ran through to the boss, killed, quit did it again...anyways hope it helps someone else hunting the ever elusive musashi lol

I've gone through Hrd. Forest about 3 times now.
I've found a VARISTA, and a Rappy's wing.
^problem, can't use either. yet.
My main weapon now is the BOOMA'S CLAW.

what lvl r u? if u r lvl 40 up, try to get a friend to go on multiplayer with you...i got two goboomas claws, they are a bit better...if u can use them, and to use better weapons, raise your mag...he helps you use weapons you are crazy about (my lvl like 10 ranger can use a crush bullet, and my bros lvl 18 ranger, same class as the one in ur avatar, can use a varista if he equips a general arm) have fun looking for stuff! (btw, the female ranger android cant use a musashi...i thought that might be your class because of your pic)

does anyone have some suggestions about what i should hunt next?
