Is it possible to get a TP material outsitde of C-mode? I've been searching forever but have only found one on C-mode area 1. Does anyone know what difficulty and monster drops it?

no it can only be found on cmode soz

Not true, you can get it as a prize in Rappy's Holiday and also from (I think) Gallon's Treachery. I know there is another quest that you can get them from besides Rappy's Holiday, so if it's not GT, please correct me.

You're right, it is Gallon's Treachery.
You can obtain either a TP mat or a HP mat when playing the roulette game (if it lands on Natasha).

Crud, still out of my grasp, I cant go online cuz i hav no broadband adapter and no money to pay for hunter's licence. Oh well... Mabye someday....

i know that state/maintence was on the DC version but is it on the GC? I thought they got ride of it on GC, but i saw it on a pic posted here.... im so confused.

I thought for sure I found one in a box a long time ago. But my memory there is fuzzy, so I can't guarantee that.

it was removed from the GC version completely. It can't be obtained through legit or unlegit means.

i dont know about tp but u can find tons of materials in ruins 2
