Do Twin Chakrams really help out a Fonewm

I've never really been a fan for daggers but I hear these are pretty good. If so how long do you think it'll take a Oran to get. Ult. Tollaw Drop Rate 1/901 and is there any bad things about it.

if your offline then most lickly quite a while if online lost ice or heat sword are good quests

Eh... they're ok.

I used them with a Fomar and a God/Battle. While I could combo them so I did the full combo with light, hard, hard, I'd often get hit out of it or miss and this was with max ATA mind you. Fonewm has a higher max ATA but slower growth; that will eat into your other stats if you make up difference with armor units or MAG stats.

If you find one with hit%, they could be useful but personally, I'd recommend hunting a Double Saber with hit%. Much better at comboing and with a much better special (steals TP; on Ult that's 41 a hit, IIRC).
