Summit Moon is better with it's stats and is quicker to use.

Summit Moon:
ATP: + 270-280
ATA: + 42
MST: + 55
DFP: + 45
Max Grinder: 9
Special: Tempest; Increases the power of Simple Techniques by 30%
Class: Cane
Required MST: 650
Stars: 11

Twinkle Star:
ATP: + 175
ATA: + 40
MST: + 55
Special: Tempest; Increases the power of Normal-level techs by 20%

Summit Moon it is then: Srry I did look at the stats but some were... conflicting.

That and the ATP, DFP, and ATA are slightly superior than Twinkle Star and SUmmit Moon can be used with a little lower MST.

the only thing twinkle star has over Summit moon is that TS is pretty to look at

I once got a Twinkle Star... it looked horrible... Waste of a Star Amp... I could have easily gotten another Brightness Circle (which would have helped alot at that point).

Summit Moon has higher stats and boosts. It is "better."

summity moon is quite a bit better in stats but twinkle star looks better so cool all pretty and starry, perfect for a hippy, plus it glitters when swung, and i would like a brighness cricle, but cant yet get spirit garment

Summit Moon. 30% boost on simple techs. So much better than the Gi- tech's. Now, if you were a FOmar/newm maybe you'd like the Twinkle Star. Super Gi spells all the way!:D Though I have a FOnewearl so go SM.
