what are photon cyrstals? Ive seen them befere but what are they and how much beter are they than photon drops?

photon crystals are used to add % to wepons when youve done the online east tower quest, each photon crystal can give 30% while photon drops give 5%

how do you make a photon drop do a weapon percent offline, that would be cool

Actually on GC and XBox PSO, Photon Crystals do nothing. What you are refering to are Photon Spheres.

In Blue Burst Photon Crystals can be used to play the quest "A Dangerous Deal with Black Paper". But since USBB doesn't have that quest yet they're pretty useless at this point. Photon Spheres add 30% to a weapon attribute. They are obtained by trading 99 Photon Drops in the quest "Gallons Shop".

is it tru that yuo dont just go the GS and trade for items but yuo have to actually do a whole quest?
