Anyone know what the requirements are? Im gonna give it to my hunter. All his good stuff was gutted by an FSOD...

wow, i got to get one for those for my hunter, sounds fricken sweet, but that sucks i just started my hunter, so it's gonna take me a while to use, ur so lucky ;_;, jk and yea congrats on ur finding it

My level 100 hunter cant use it yet :-/.

I dont really care though. Im leveling up a new hunter. After my Humar got FSOD'd and lost everything, I pretty much lost interest in it.
